You will be charged by the venue after your appointment.
Please book responsibly. Often salons are independent businesses, so it really hurts when you fail to show for an appointment. We know plans change, so if you can’t make an appointment, please do the right thing and give us as much notice as possible. If you fail to show for an appointment having selected ‘Pay at Venue’, you will not be allowed to place another order using this payment option.
Scheduling an Appointment
When scheduling an appointment with us you will be asked for your credit card to hold the appointment as well as your full name, phone number, and email address (so we can send you text reminders). Those without a credit card are invited to try us out on a walk-in basis.
Please allow yourself enough time to locate us and have 10 minutes to sit and relax in the waiting area. If you arrive more than 10 minutes past your appointment start time, we will not have enough time to complete your service. If you are too late to make your appointment, you WILL be considered a “last-minute cancel” and will be charged accordingly.
We understand that situations arise in which you must cancel your appointment. It is therefore requested that if you must cancel your appointment you provide us with 24 Hours notice. This will enable for another client who is waiting for an appointment to be scheduled in that appointment slot. With cancellations made less than 24 hours notice, we are unable to offer that time slot to other clients.
